Vermilion County crash injures 3 women

Vermilion County Sheriff's Police report three women were injured in a one-vehicle accident Friday. It was apparently an animal in the roadway that caused the driver to lose control.

21-year-old Ashley Taylor of Clinton, Iowa left County Road 1500 north after the animal ran into the road.

Taylor and two passengers were hurt when the vehicle hit a utility pole. Taylor and her passengers, 23-year-old Crystal Griffin of Georgetown and 38-year-old Dorothy Carlock of Danville were treated at Presence United Samaritan Medical Center in Danville.
