Two pre-school children and a resident in their 30s are the latest to test positive with COVID-19 coronavirus from Vermilion County. The Vermilion County Health Department also reports its first death from the disease, a man in his 70’s who had been ill since Easter. The two children testing positive were both diagnosed this week.
