A 19-year-old Danville woman is now identified as the person whose body was recovered from Lake Vermilion over the weekend. Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden said (Monday) the victim is 19-year-old La’Bresha Lillard.

The Vermilion County Sheriff’s Department’s Underwater Search and Rescue Team found Lillard’s body in a car that was submerged in the lake. No foul play is suspected in the death.

McFadden says an autopsy is scheduled Tuesday. The Coroner says her office and the sheriff’s department are continuing their investigation into the death.
