Two youngsters from Watseka are winners of the Lil' Mr & Miss Firecracker Coloring Contest and will ride in the upcoming July 4th Parade. The Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored the coloring contest for children ages 3 thru 7.

Lil' Mr. Firecracker is Jax Johnson....seven-year-old son of Sawyer and Sarah Johnson.

Lil' Miss Firecracjer is Karsyn Valentine...3-year-old daughter of Terry Valentine and Jerry Wireman. 

The Parade is set for 10 am July 4.  The Watseka High School FFA Club members will serve as parade grand marshall's.
