The Woodland Post Office has slowly returned to normal business operations following the flood. The Woodland facility is expected to have its P. O. Box pick-ups ready to go by 12:30 today (Friday 3/9), according to Post Master Darrin Rushbrook. The retail window is expected to re-open today or Saturday.
Flood clean-up has been ongoing. Postal service had been interrupted in several area communities since the flood. The Post Office officials had reported earlier that mail delivery service would be hampered until the flood waters receded and clean-up completed.
