It's about community and the Watseka Kiwanis Club is giving back to support local origanizations. Recent donations from the organization will benefit children locally.

Kiwanis has extended 'Blessings in a Back-Pack' which will help cover the cost of meals for children in the Watseka Unit Nine School District; children who may otherwise go hungry.  

Unit 9 After-School STEM Program also gets a boost.  Donated funds go towards a snack each time children attend the program.

Cops for Kids gets a donation.  Funds will treat children to snacks at a local eatery and assist kids during a shopping trip for the holiday season.

Toys for Tots also receives donated diapers for children under age 1.
