29-year-old Travis Houser of Watseka was arrested after Watseka officewrs responded to the 200-block of N. 4th Street Monday.  Police received a tip of a subject at a residence and wanted on a warrant. Houser is charged with 3-counts of retail theft.

Iroquois County Sheriff's Polcie also arrested 32-year-old Amber Kunsch ofStockland for residential burglary and theft.
