39-year-old Jeremy Laird was arrested Tuesday morning by Watseka Police after he was stopped for driving while his license was suspended. After the Watseka man was taken to the county jail, he was found in possession of heroin and meth.  He was then charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and for bringing contraband into the jail.
