The Hallowen season finds the Watseka park District hosting its annual Kid's Costume Parade Wednesday evening.  The family event invites families to share the fun with registration beginning at 5 pm, just north of the Learning Tree Daycare facility on S. 3rd Street.  Children will be judged on their costumes and character-feature at 6 pm.  Then, families can visit the Trunk 'R Treat event, sponsored by the Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce in the First Trust Bank parking lot.
