A Bourbonnais man is under arrest for felony retail theft.  38-year-old Jeremy Garrison was picked up by Watseka Police Monday.  He was wanted on two Kankakee County warrants.  Garrison was returned to face charges in Kankakee County.

26-year-old Jarod Fowler of Watseka was arrested by Watseka officer after a distrubance in the 400-block of E. Oak Street. Fowler was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing an officer.
