Members of the Watseka Police Department teamed up with Berkot’s Super Foods to deliver Thanksgiving dinners to local families. It was the 4th year for the program. The food distribution is a community outreach event that benefits families that could use an uplift to provide a holiday meal for their families. raditional meals, with the trimmings, were gathered and delivered. The police effort is part of the Cops for Kids program.

Several churches also step up to provide help for families in need during the holidays.
