The sunny, warm weather of late appears to be on its way to ending. Much cooler weather and rain arrived Wednesday night, then continues into the weekend.
A cold front settles into Central Illinois and the much cooler temps will require those of you with outdoor plants to cover them or move them indoors.
The sunny sky and warmer readings in the 80s will switch to temps in the 70s and overnight lows in the 40s. How much rain is expected is questionable.
