A Georgetown woman and a Channahon man were killed in separate weekend crashes. Sheriff's Police are investigating along with the Coroner's offices in Vermilion and Will counties.
31-year-old Brian Elsinga of Channahon was pronounced dead Sunday evening at a Joliet hospital. His motorcycle left a frontage road in Channahon Township.
35-year-old Christina Pundt of Georgetown died at the scene of a crash Sunday near Fairmount. Vermilion County Coroner Peggy Johnson said it appeared the woman lost control on loose gravel. The accident happened just after 1 pm on County Road 1100 N.
