Two rural fires Friday evening near Wellington may not have been connected but the state fire marshall is investigating.  A brush fire at 2775 E and 1600N alerted volunteers about 5 pm.  Then, at about 9:30 pm, a camper was found engulfed approximately 100 yards away.  No injuries were reported.
