One man died following a two vehicle crash in New Lenox Township. Will County Sheriff’s Police investigated Friday on Schoolhouse Road, north of Route 30.

Forty-year old Mark Nelson of Frankfort was pronounced dead.
The driver of a pickup and his passenger were treated by paramedics at the scene.

The investigation continues.

Deputies observed a pickup truck with a trailer attached in the ditch and a car facing southbound against the guard rail on the east side of the road. New Lenox Fire personnel removed the driver of the car, who was pinned in the driver’s seat.
