A multi-vehicle pile-up on I-55 at Wilmington Thursday left one man dead and several others injured. Illinois State Polcie identified the victim as 34-year-old Kenneth Bloor. The crash happened in a construction zone when a semi driver failed to slow down.  Three sims and two cars were involved.  The northbound lanes of the interstate at Lorenzo Road were closed down.  One of the truck drivers was cited for following too closely and for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
