A Severe Weather Alert has been issued for the WGFA-listening area .... Some airports are Closed or Flights Delayed. The Wind Advisory remains in play until 6 pm. 
Southerly winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
Effected areas In Illinois, Kankakee, Livingston, Iroquois, Ford and Eastern Will Counties.  In Indiana, Lake IN, Porter, Newton, Jasper and Benton Counties.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
