The National Weather Service has issued yet another wind chill advisory for all of East Central Illinois. The advisory kicks in tonight (Wednesday) and continues through 12 pm Thursday.

Wind chill readings could reach 25 degrees below zero. That leads to an increased risk for frostbite and hypothermia.
