County Highway 40, 1400 North Road, near the west edge of Woodland will be closed to traffic. The route is Main Street in Woodland, running over Sugar Creek.
The Iroquois County Highway Department announced the bridge project calling for complete replacement of the deck, repair of the sub-structure, and improvements to the approach. Weather permitting, the work is scheduled to be completed by October 23.
