Zoning Board of Appeals hearing postponed >

Iroquois County's Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing – concerning an application from Crop Production Services – scheduled for Tuesday (July 30) has been postponed.

It marks the 4th time the hearing has been postponed. Legal counsel for Crop Production Services requested the postponement. The county Zoning Office says the hearing is likely to be held in September.

Tuesday's hearing was scheduled for 7 pm at the Administrative Center in Watseka.

Crop Production Services is requesting a zoning change from Agricultural to Manufacturing for the purpose of locating an anhydrous ammonia facility in Sheldon Township. The tract of land is south of Route 24 at County Highway 2800 E.
