Saturday is Drug Take Back Day and there are places around Illinois to properly dispose of unneeded pharmaceuticals, no questions asked. More information on the program and where you can dispose of the drugs can be found at TakeBackDay.DEA.gov.

The Iroquois County Jail accepts the expired and unused meds from 10 am 'til 2 pm.  Visitors are asked to use the West entrance.  Kankakee County welcomes the drug take-back at the Northfield Square Mall.  Use the center court entrance from 10 am 'til 2 pm.
