Iroquois County Sheriff's Police were called to a disturbance at the Iroquois Mobile Home Estates Monday. 27-year-old Alexandra Ortiz of Chebanse was found to be wanted on an active warrant out of Will County for possession of a controlled substance. Ortiz was held at the County Jail in Watseka, awaiting extradition to Will County.

A traffic stop by Iroquois County deputies involved a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Edward Tungate of Milford.  Deputies conducted a DUI investigation arresting Tungate for driving under the influence of drugs.  A search revealed Tungate was in possession of suspected cocaine.  Tungate was taken to the County Jail in Watseka and charged with DUI-drugs and possession of a controlled substance.  He was later released on a notice to appear.

50-year-old John Weller of Rantoul was sentenced to 3-years in prison for driving with a revoked license.  He was arrested by Iroquois County deputies and held for the Illinois Department of Corrections.

29-year-old Justin Bland of Chicago was being held at the Cook County Jail on an Iroquois County warrant for possession of meth.  Bland was returned to Iroquois County then released on a notice to appear.
