Prosecutors in Ford County are pursuing theft charges against a former Gibson City funeral director who allegedly stole money from a former employer.  51-year-old Michelle Rosenbaum of Gibson City was charged with theft, in excess of $10,000. The case is connected to Rosenbaum's work while she was employed with Lamb-Young Funeral Home in Gibson City.  If convicted, she would face a sentence ranging from four years of probation to seven years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
