Traffic was moving again late Friday morning following clean-up from a 2-vehicle accident at U.S. 41 and Route 24.  Both drivers were treated at an area hospital for minor injuries, according to Newton County Sheriff Shannon Cothran.  A westbound truck pulling a car-hauler ran thru a red light, hitting a southbound tractor-trailer. Police reported foggy conditions at the time.  Emergency responders worked at clearing the scene. 

Kentland Fire, Kentland Police, Newton County 9-1-1, Newton County EMS and Newton County EMA joined Sheriff's Police in the response just before 5 am.
