A shooting at a Monticello, Indiana business Tuesday morning has left three people dead. Police confirm two men and a woman were the victims. The shootings took place at Jordan Manufacturing.

White County Sheriff Pat Shafer said it was busy afternoon for investigators trying to sort out the confusion. The names of the victims were not immediately released.

Police responded to shots being fired at the manufacturing facility around 11:30 am. First responders found a man on the ground with a gunshot wound. Another man and a woman were found inside a nearby car with gunshot wounds as well.

Sheriff Shafer said the two men were pronounced dead at the scene. The woman was rushed to IU White Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
