Motorists in the WGFA-listening area should note that some area roads will be closed or have limited access, beginning Monday, May 12.  Work crews suggest alternate routes, posted detours will be in place.

Cable Line Road, from the Pittwood Road (2200 E) north to Route 52 will close for bridge repairs.  A week's worth of work will be completed.

Also, Iroquois Paving Corporation announced a bridge removal and replacement project in Cissna Park. The routes 700 N and 1000 N headed north will be closed.  Access to houses south of the bridge will be available. 

In Livingston County -- the Illinois Department of Transportation announces Illinois Route 17 at the BNSF Railroad underpass near Reading will be closed for repairs for about six days.  A posted detour directs traffic to Illinois Route 18, Route 23 and LaSalle County Highway 44.
