The campaign of governor candidate Darren Bailey reports Bailey's son, daughter-in-law, and two young children died in a tragic helicopter accident on Wednesday. The crash happened in Montana and claimed the lives of Bailey's son Zachary, his wife Kelsey, and their two young children 12-year-old Vada Rose and 7-year-old Samuel. Their other grandson, 10-year-old Finn, was not in the helicopter and is safe.

The campaign says that Darren and his wife Cindy are heartbroken by this unimaginable loss. The Baileys appreciate the love and support that has been extended to them and ask for privacy as they grieve their loved ones.
