In Livingston County Court --- a 39-year-old Chatsworth man was sentenced to 48 months in prison for dealing cannabis and possessing a firearm. Michael Buratti pled guilty to felony Possession with intent to deliver cannabis and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, a class three felony. Buratti was given credit for serving 99 days spent in the Livingston County Jail. As part of the plea agreement, four other felony charges were dropped.
