Sparks in the grinding room at T&D Metal Manufacturing in Watseka triggered a fire Friday afternoon. The fire in the void space of the ceiling alerted fire personnel just apst Noon. The Watseka Fire Department reports the fire was contained to the grinding rolom.  No injury reported. Damage estimates are at $10,000.

Watseka fire received mutual aide from Crescent City, Milford, Martinton and St. Anne.
