Illinois State Police report the arrest of 35-year-old Joseph Lookingbill of Kankakee.  He faces 3-counts of possession of child pornography.  Agents arrested Lookingbill (Tuesday) at his Schuyler Avenue residence.  A search warrant executed on electronic devices revealed child exploitation material.
