Two Pontiac men face charges for their alleged involvement in dealing meth in the Livingston County area. Patrick Vance and Jonathan Chambers were arrested when a search warrant was executed at a Pontiac residence last Thursday 12/12).
The Livingston County Proactive Unit, Pontiac Police and Fairbury Police Department and the Illinois Department of Corrections were involved in the investigation.
The 46-year-old Vance was charged with a felony - the unlawful delivery of meth between 5 and 15 grams. Vance also charged with unlawful delivery of meth, and for the possession of meth. The later two charges are also felonies. 41-year-old Jonathan Chambers was charged with the unlawful delivery of meth, and two felony counts of the unlawful delivery of less than five grams of meth.
The arrests came after an investigation into the selling of narcotics.
