A fill the truck donation drive is happening in the Iroquois and Kankakee County area to provide relief supplies to the communities impacted by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina.
Needed items are:
- Cases/Jugs of Water
- Diapers
- Baby Formula, Bottles, Food, Wipes
- Infant Medications (Tylenol, Advil, etc.)
- Ready-to-Eat Meals (Non-perishable, no cooking required)
- Protein Bars, Nuts, Beef Jerky, Granola Bars
- Can Openers
- Medical Supplies (Nebulizer Treatments, Hydrogen Peroxide, Rubbing Alcohol, Wound Care, EpiPens, Eye Drops, Calamine Lotion, Vaseline, Claritin/Zyrtec, Chewable Benadryl)
- Chainsaw Supplies (Ropes, Chainsaws, 2-Stroke Oil, TRUFUEL)
- Bedding (Sleeping Bags, Pillows, Towels)
- New Socks

The deadline for drop off at the local business locations is 4PM Friday and you can drop off items at 2818 Waldron Rd until 8pm Friday.
Cash donations are also being accepted and will be used to purchase additional supplies and aviation fuel for continued relief operations. For more information, call 815-263-8467.
