The City of Kankakee Police Department is accepting applications for the Hispanic Citizens Police Academy. Classes are held at the City of Kankakee Police Department on Wednesdays at 6pm starting October 23 and will continue for 8 weeks. Classes will be completely in Spanish.

Interested applicants must complete an application and submit to a background check. They must be at least 18 years of age, have no felony convictions and live in Kankakee County.
