29-year-old Jeremiah Embry of Chatsworth was indicted for domestic battery, a class 4 felony. Also facing indictment is 39-year-old David Berkey of Morris. He's charged with two counts for domestic battery.

44-year-old Jacob Krull of Coal City was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin and fentanyl. 40-year-old Timothy Vacha of Braidwood was indicted for the unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 felony.
