Governor JB Pritzker announced a new plan (Wednesday) to help prevent a resurgence of COVID-19 in Illinois.  Kankakee and Will County each get their own designation.  The plan breaks the state into 11 regions instead of four. New metrics also come into play. Should a region see a new resurgence, restrictions could be put back into place.
