Murder suspect Andrew Condon claims police investigators acted recklessly in their search of his property last fall, resulting in Condon’s arrest for the murder of a Gilman gas station attendant.
Condon’s attorney is contesting the validity of search warrants used to gather evidence in the case against the defendant.
The 34-year-old Condon is jailed on a $1-million bond for the fatal shooting of gas station attendant Jonathan Rubin of Danforth. Condon’s charged with 2-counts of 1st-degree murder for the shooting death of Rubin October 27, 2012.
Condon was arrested after police search his rural Ashkum property.
Judge Gordon Lustfeldt set another court hearing for May 30th at 1:30 pm.
