A Danville man was killed and another hurt when two vehicles collided head-on along East Voorhees Street in Danville.  It happened about 1:30 Monday afternoon. Vermilion County Coroner Peggy Johnson identifies the victim as 22-year-old Aaron Bryant of Danville.  A second man driving a pickup truck was taken to Presence United Samaritans Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

Both men were alone in their vehicles when the crash occurred where Voorhees Street turns into Lynch Road.

Coroner Johnson says Aaron Bryant was traveling eastbound when, for some unknown reason, he drifted into the westbound lane and crashed into the pick-up truck.  Danville Police and the Vermilion County Coroner's Office are continuing to investigate.
