Emergency vehicles are on the scene of a serious crash this (Tuesday) on Route 45/52 near Manteno.  Motorists are advised to seek another route while Kankakee County sheriff's polcie and Illinois State Police divert traffic.  No word on how serious injuries may be.  A section of the highway is shut down.
